1. Q: Can you provide OEM/ODM service?
- A: Yes, we specialize in OEM/ODM custom service for aroma diffusers. We support full customization including appearance, functions, packaging and logo.
2. Q: What is your MOQ for OEM orders?
- A: For diffusers made of aluminum alloy and plastic, MOQ is 1000~3000 pcs, based on actual order requirements. For cold air diffusers with glass and wood, MOQ is 500 pcs.
3. Q: What costs are included for OEM cooperation?
- A: Main costs include hand sample fee, mold development cost and production cost. Total cost is calculated according to your customization details.
4. Q: What materials and functions can be customized?
- A: We can customize materials such as aluminum alloy, plastic, glass, wood, ceramic and resin. Functions include timer spray, interval spray, RGB light, remote control, Bluetooth and APP control. We can also develop new functions as your requirements.
5. Q: How long is the whole production period?
- A: Hand sample lead time is 15~20 days. Mold cost and lead time depend on product details. The overall production time is based on product functions and design complexity. Regular mass production takes 35~45 days.
6. Q: What international certifications do your products have?
- A: We can provide mainstream export certifications such as CE, FCC and RoHS, according to the requirements of your target market.
7. Q: What is your payment term?
- A: We accept 50% deposit for mass production, and 50% balance paid before shipment. Goods will be delivered after full payment.
8. Q: Can you customize logo and packaging?
- A: Yes, we support logo printing by silk screen, laser and pad printing. We also provide full packaging customization including color box, manual and outer carton.
9. Q: Can you sign NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)?
- A: Yes, we can sign NDA with customers to protect your design, patent, drawings and brand information strictly.
10. Q: Can we modify the design after mold is made?
- A: Small adjustments can be discussed, but big changes require new mold and extra mold cost.
11. Q: How do you ensure mass production quality?
- A: Mass production is strictly made according to confirmed samples. We double-check pre-production sample and top production sample, with full QC inspection during production.
12. Q: Can we make samples first before mass production?
-A: Yes, we make hand samples after you pay the sample fee. You can confirm the sample before mold and mass production start.
13. Q: How do you handle after-sales problems?
- A: We provide technical after-sales support. For quality problems caused by production, we will handle them according to the contract.
14. Q: Do you accept small trial orders?
- A: We accept small trial orders for some existing mold products. New mold products need to meet our MOQ requirement.
15. Q: How do you pack and ship the goods? Can you arrange export shipping?
- A: Goods are packed with individual color box and strong outer carton. We can provide one-stop export service including trucking, customs declaration, sea freight and air freight.
